BASIC PRIVATE PARTY PRICES

We would love to have you in for a tour so that we can discuss the specifics of your event

and build the best offering based on your party needs.

While our facility rates vary based on party size and event date,

booking a smaller party within 60 days of the event reduces your rental rate by 50%.

If you were to book now, to lock in your date (greater than 60 days out),

there is a minimal rental rate of $1600 for a Sunday but varies based on party size and day of week.

Our base facility rate includes a 3 hour exclusive party, water and tea,

tables and seating along with linens (on select tables), and event staff. 

We also offer all-inclusive packages for further discounts which would include,

but not limited to, catering, décor rentals and decorating if interested.

Therefore, we would love to hear what you have in mind and build a custom package for your specific event.
